What happens when you choose NOT to use paper

While I was reading with Andrew, Peter decided he would like to draw with crayons. I *thought* he was drawing on paper...until about 15 minutes later I realized he had decided to use the floor as his canvas. There were dark blue crayon lines along the grout lines on our kitchen floor...as well as green lines...and orange lines. But mostly blue.

I handed Peter a 'Magic Eraser' and said, "Start scrubbing!"

Over an hour later...and 3 spent 'Magic Erasers'...I declared us done. (But not before snapping some photos).

"But I want to be done..."

Me: "Are you going to draw on the floor again?"
Peter, sulkily: "No...only on paper."
